Masterclass
Kilkenny
A hands-on 90-minute cocktail making experience at Lanigan's Bar & Restaurant, 28 Rose Inn Street. Each guest creates two cocktails with step-by-step guidance from a dedicated host. All spirits, mixers, equipment, and garnishes are provided — no experience necessary.

How it works

Welcome & introduction
Your host welcomes the group at Lanigan's Bar & Restaurant on Rose Inn Street, runs through the evening, and gets everyone settled with bar service.

Methodology & ingredients overview
A short walkthrough of cocktail technique and the spirits, mixers, and garnishes you'll be working with — no experience necessary.
- 03
First cocktail
Each guest comes up to the bar one at a time and makes their first cocktail under the host's guidance, then takes it back to the table.
- 04
Second cocktail
Everyone returns to the bar in turn to make their second cocktail of choice. The host coaches each round individually.
